1Receive the application
Interested writers fill out an application to work with us wherein they specify their area of interest and expertise. This application includes questions related to their academic background and professional experience. Writers are also asked to share supporting documents as part of this form.
2Document verification
Once we receive the application form and supporting documents, our team verifies the documents such as their resume, diploma copies and other academic certificates. We do a thorough background check on every applicant to validate their application.
3English language test
Writers who make it to the next stage are asked to undergo an English language test which tests their language proficiency while taking into account their spelling, grammar and sentence formations.
4Essay writing test
The last step is a comprehensive essay writing test where
their
academic writing skills
are put to test. Candidates are made to go through the entire process from research
and
outlining to writing, proofreading and citing sources.
This is also the stage where we evaluate their professionalism, attention to detail
and
accountability to deadlines.
