Cashback is another way to save, and it works differently from a discount. A discount lowers the price of the order you’re placing. Cashback rewards an order you’ve already received. Once your order is completed, part of what you paid for it is added to your cashback balance for future orders.
How much you get depends on whether your order had a discount. With no discount, you earn 4% of the amount you paid. If a promo code or a personal discount lowered the price, you earn 2%. Only the money you pay counts. The part covered by cashback earns nothing.
To use your balance, turn on the Use cashback switch at the payment step. It’s off by default, so you decide each time. Cashback doesn’t replace your discount: the promo code or personal discount is applied first, and cashback then lowers the amount left to pay. A promo code and cashback can be used on the same order.
Limits and expiry
Cashback can cover up to 20% of a new order’s price after discount. Each amount you earn stays valid for 60 days from the day it’s added, and your balance can hold up to $25. Anything above that limit isn’t added, and cashback you don’t use in time expires.
