The COVID-19 pandemic indeed changed the face of the corporate world, turning the

around the world. As I embark on my MBA, it is my intent to add value to this institution with
information on how businesses can leverage such transformational altered landscapes to emerge

One of the key contributions that I can make to the MBA program is my hands-on
experience with respect to digital transformation during the pandemic. In my current position, I
lead my team to transition into a digital-first business operation model by introducing agile
workflows and cloud-based tools. This allowed us to operate without losses even in disruptions,
and the success underlined how important adaptability is during times of uncertainty. This is an
experience I can share with my classmates to contribute to the discussions on business resilience
and change management since the insight into how technology drove such short and long-term
gains will be really practical.

enhanced my insight and drove the need for flexibility in decentralized supply chains. I
